Postcards from Oscar

Oscar is overdue for a 'segment'.

Hence I bring you the first in a series of Oscar Postcards from Queensland.
(We live here now!)

We stopped at The Big Pineapple. Oscar thought this pun was great! He's sending it out to mum, dad, chris and mike. And all the dog sitters, beach trip takers and exes out there. xo

Up the top of the range, Oscar took a leak. This is where home is now, Flaxton. It is snuggly nestled between Monteville and Mapleton. This card is for all future vistors. We can't wait to see you! xo

DIY postcards are the best!

It's a Dogologue

I would like to coin a new term, Dogologue.

We all know the term monologue (often me with mirror discussing things OR practicing my quick witted response - in retrospect).

Dogologue is similar, but with dog instead of mirror.

Anita demonstrates above.

Too much transport

My transport options are a bit too many at the moment.
Here is the queue I'm growing outside the house.

I'm getting rid of the Volvo, a hand-me-down curse (peak of curse was when (in front of an attractve man) I Freudulently referred to it as my Vulva.

It has to go. But surprisingly, I have no takers. ho hum. Volvos. Who wants em anyway?

So, with the rest, I've got two solutions to my 'too much' transport problem here.

1. Stack and Ride

2. Ditch all and canter through rose petalled gardens with my Oscar-the-wonder-horse.

My everything

Oscar the Portuguese Water Dog - needs another post in his category!

He's my best friend, my baby, my exercise-encourager, my loneliness dissipator, my reason that I'm not talking to myself, my model and my example of how people should BE a bit more.

And yeah, I've trained him to do this. I call it 'cuddles' so I don't have to bend over. Plus he makes a great boogie partner. (Seriously).

Oscar and The Watermelon

The best part about having just bought a huge but tasteless wedge of watermelon, is combining it with a restless dog that eats anything.

Oscar very slowly worked out that licking is going to take a really really long time.
