Buy a fish and cut it up

I discovered the freakish ease that is buying a fish, and just eating it.
Seems alarmingly simple, but tastes really damn fine.

Salmon and Tuna at its freshest.

I've heard it said that if you can't just eat it then it's not meant to be eaten. This person was referring to meat mostly and how we flavour it to hide its distaste. But eating this fish led me to think that the fish is meant to be eaten. Well some fish. Some times...

It helps that I apply design and colour arrangement to my dishes...
