Dessert Club

In between attempts to be a raw vegan... I decided to start a dessert club.

If you've ever had one of those delectable, entirely microscopic desserts from a fancy restaurant with the matching french muscat... you'll understand why I felt it a cosmic idea to gather some sweet loving friends together for a regular dessert club.

The first rule of dessert club, you must talk about dessert club.

The second rule of dessert club is that it takes place every three weeks in a swish restaurant of the co-founders choosing. Your attendance is required unless due notice is given.

The third rule of dessert club is you can order what you want,

and share if you want to.

That about does the rules. Who wants cheese?

or syrupy yum yums in a glass

We had our own room at Harvest in North Fremantle. And our own waitress.

Silver Service for dessert only.

Food porn, no?

Just an evening well spent in delightful sweetness.

Bistro Felix in Subiaco gave me the best dessert I've had for a while. I can't remember what was the best (blame several bottles of wine) but the 5 dishes we had were so good, the mudcake tasted like ash, so to speak - oh it was good but if we had to pick on something, just because, I'd pick that. Damn, it was good.

We just asked for a bit of everything basically.
